Shoppers at Avalon will have a new option this summer.

Clothing brand Reformation is coming to the development in Alpharetta. This will be the brand’s second metro Atlanta location, following an existing store at Ponce City Market, which opened in 2022. This will be the seventh location in the Southeast, joining stores in Charleston; Miami; Tampa; Nashville; and Aventura, Florida. There are more than 50 Reformation stores globally.

Reformation was founded in 2009. The Los Angeles-based brand features clothing (including dresses, denim, sweaters and more), shoes and accessories.

The brand is focused on sustainable fashion, aiming to be Climate Positive by 2025 and for everything they make to be part of a circular fashion system by 2030.

Reformation is expected to open at Avalon this summer. A recent job posting indicates that the company is currently hiring sales associates, sales supervisors and a manager for the upcoming store.

“Setting an example for the industry, Reformation remains at the forefront of innovation in sustainable fashion – running the first sustainable factory in Los Angeles, using deadstock and eco fabrics, tracking and sharing the environmental impact of every product, and investing in the people who make this revolution possible,” according to the posting.

Avalon is getting several new stores this year. A leather goods brand called Fount is under construction now at the development and is expected to open in late May or early June. The coastal-inspired clothing brand Faherty is also coming to the shopping destination this year.
