Tempur-Pedic is looking to open its first standalone Georgia store.
The mattress company this week filed a permit application with the City of Atlanta to buildout space in Shops Around Lenox for the retail store, at 3400 Around Lenox Rd NE.
An estimated $295,000 would be spent constructing the 2,606-square-foot space, according to the plans.
It’s unclear which suite Tempur-Pedic would occupy.
Shops Around Lenox on Friday did not immediately respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
While its products can be found at retailers all across Atlanta like in Mattress Firm, the closest Tempur-Pedic store is in Birmingham, AL.
