According to recent public records, a new donut establishment is coming to Pflugerville. Smilin Donuts will be found at 1041 E Wells Branch Pkwy.
Construction notes examined by What Now delineate a “1,171 sf first tenant generation finish out for a donut shop” that will cost $130,000 and reach completion by the end of August.
In a brief interview with What Now, owner Jamie Lyhuong Muor says that “construction should be done three or four months,” more or less confirming the estimates.
When asked why he chose this particular location in Pflugerville, he says “because I wanted a great location for the business.”
But that was all the information that Mr. Muor said, stating that the project was too early in the process to share more. No opening date has been announced.
