Curry Fusion, a locally owned and operated Indian restaurant, will soon be opening in Leander, according to a recent filing with the State of Texas. The restaurant will be located at 10824 E Crystal Falls Parkway, next to Smile Crew Orthodontics. The restaurant will be 2000 square feet, with the capacity to seat 60-70 customers. There will also be outdoor patio seating.

Co-Owner Ravi Pulicherla tells What Now Austin that “Here at Curry Fusion we will use homemade recipes, unique flavors that you won’t find anywhere else.”

He explains that the menu will be composed of dishes from throughout all of India, not confined to particular regions. He adds that they will also serve American staples such as burgers, pizza, and sandwiches to accommodate for different palettes.

When asked why he and his partners decided to open their first restaurant, Mr. Pulicherla says “It’s a passion that my partners and I carry. We are food lovers and we have a passion for great-tasting food. Our goal is to provide a unique-tasting food for customers. We’ve developed our own recipes and are prepared to open our unique taste to the public.”

Mr. Pulicherla and his partners are aiming for a grand opening in February 2023.
