Mysterious Restaurant Planned for Downtown

The $500,000 project will consist of a “New Restaurant - 4760 Square Feet of Tenant Finish Out - existing retail space.”

According to recent public records, a new restaurant is headed to downtown Austin. 

Corresponding records examined by What Now Austin list a “Restaurant Francois” set for 401 W. 3rd Street, right in the heart of downtown. The $500,000 project will consist of a “New Restaurant – 4760 Square Feet of Tenant Finish Out – existing retail space.”

Listed as a point of contact and representative for the project is Mitch Liggett who has served as Hopdoddy’s VP of Design and Construction. 

No further public information is available on this project.
