According to recent public records, a new independent restaurant is coming to Leander.
Pollos Primos & Steaks will be found at 14300 Ronald Reagan Blvd, a popular locations for new development in town spanning from chain to independent brands.
Construction records examined by What Now Austin delineate a “1281 SF Finish out of an existing space retail space for a Pollos Promo & Steaks restaurant.”
The construction is expected to cost around $125,000 and will reach completion by June if estimates hold true.
No opening date has been announced.
