A community-centered neighborhood bakery café is heading to Cedar Park. According to public filings, Paris Baguette plans to open at 901 Arrow Point Drive, Building A, Suite 103.
Paris Baguette is a Korean bakery café chain founded in 1988 by Paris Croissant. The chain is known for its cakes, pastries, breads, sandwiches, and coffee, blending French-inspired baking with Korean bakery traditions.
What Now Austin spoke to the franchisee of this location, who said the space is part of a larger complex still under construction, with a handoff expected around January or February and an opening targeted for late May or early June 2027, pending permits.
Cedar Park was chosen due to the region’s momentum. “Austin and the suburbs are coming up very fast. The demographic is very diverse, and the consumer purchasing power is very strong. It’s a market that we want to be a part of and serve the community,” the franchise owner told What Now Austin.
Describing Paris Baguette’s mission as one centered on hospitality, the owner highlighted its motto and goal “to share joy and be a part of the community,” values that are extremely important to the group. The franchisee called it “a very strong brand” and said the motto is also built on top-quality products.
Paris Baguette has continued its rapid U.S. expansion, with What Now tracking recent opening plans in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
The franchisee said the group has broader expansion plans beyond Cedar Park but is still awaiting corporate approval on specific sites, which have not yet been identified.
