Oriri Coffee plans Q1 2027 debut at Cedar Park’s Shops at Vista Ridge

A new café concept plans to debut in Cedar Park. According to public filings, Oriri Coffee plans to open a new location at 705 Vista Ridge, Unit 101, inside the Shops at Vista Ridge in Cedar Park.

What Now Austin reached out to Huijian Tian, a representative of Oriri Coffee and part of the founding team, who confirmed that the café is targeting a Q1 2027 opening, though the timeline remains preliminary at this stage of planning. Construction permitting records list a start date of October 15, 2026, and a completion date of January 15, 2027.

Tian is also the manager of Tim & Jasmine Beverage LLC, which was founded in 2025. The new concept will span 1,465 square feet. At this time, there is no information available about the concept or its specific offerings.

The Oriri Coffee opening adds to a wave of new business activity What Now Austin has tracked in Cedar Park recently.
