Raise The Bar is set to debut in Austin early next year! The new cocktail lounge is planning to open in building 2 of the East Village Town Center in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Northeast Austin at 3500 E Parmer Ln, Suite 2152, according to a recently filed permit.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit further details that construction is planned to start early next month and is slated to wrap up by mid-March 2027. If all goes well with permitting and the estimated $500,000 construction project, Raise The Bar should open by next Spring.
“First generation tenant finish out of existing commercial shell space for a new cocktail lounge/bar, including interior partitions, restrooms, bar build out, finishes, and associated MEP work,” the permit for the 2,100 square-foot new cocktail bar reads.
At the helm of the opening is owner and founder, Kimberly Hurst. What Now Austin briefly chatted with Hurst, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Hurst was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“The finest drinks. The right atmosphere. The right company,” the Raise The Bar website reads.
The brand is listed as “coming soon” on its website, but there isn’t much else on the site, just yet anyway.
“Something exceptional is on its way,” the website reads.
“A cocktail lounge crafted for those who appreciate the art of the pour.”
No word just yet as to what will be offered at the new cocktail bar. But we’re sure that as we inch closer to opening, more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest.
