According to a recent public records, Smoothie King is expanding in central Texas — planning to open a new outpost at 164 Belterra Village Way in Austin.
According to the filing, the remodeling of the 1,205-square-foot space is scheduled to begin in July and to reach completion by September. Construction will cost an estimated $250,000. Notes list the project will consist of an “Interior tenant fit-out of a 1,205 sq ft space to accommodate a Smoothie King. This submittal includes architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical drawings.”
