Earlier today, What Now Charleston reported on a new Mexican concept from a Beaufort-area restaurateur. Now, we’ve learned that another exciting eatery is on the way.
Pedro Solorio of PS Restaurant Group has announced plans to bring a second location of his popular Beaufort eatery, Rancho Grande, to an undisclosed location.
Drawing inspiration from Mexico’s vibrant landscapes and bold flavors, Rancho Grande blends generations of traditional recipes with fresh, local ingredients to deliver a truly authentic dining experience. The menu features favorites like tacos, fajitas, nachos, and quesadillas, alongside handcrafted margaritas and specialty cocktails.
Solorio told What Now Charleston that he hopes to open the new Rancho Grande in the summer or fall of 2025. He is currently deciding between two sites and prefers not to share further details at this time.
