A couple of weeks ago, What Now Charleston reported that a new Slim Chickens would be opening in Conway, though the address was not yet known. That detail has now been confirmed.

According to The Sun News, the new location will open at 2197 Church St, in the space currently occupied by RoadRunner Antiques. Owner Fred Falconbury is being forced to vacate the building, which will be demolished to make way for the new restaurant.

Larry and Jody Chandler, who currently operate three Slim Chickens locations, are the franchisees behind this new eatery. Alongside Slim Chickens, they will open a Firehouse Subs in the same building.

Slim Chickens offers chicken sandwiches, wraps, tenders, wings, and more at its 200+ locations. The Conway location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025.
