A new Thai restaurant is set to open soon in Bluffton.

Two Thai Cuisine will debut at 1011 Fording Island Rd, marking owner Kunsiri Groncki’s first brick-and-mortar venture after operating a food truck.

The menu features a range of authentic Thai dishes, including classics like Spring Rolls, Wonton Soup, and Drunken Noodles, as well as unique offerings such as Laos Papaya Salad and Wings Zaap—a deep-fried chicken wing appetizer Groncki describes as a “must-try.”

Groncki told What Now Charleston that the restaurant’s soft opening is planned for Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with a grand opening expected by late January 2025.
