Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is coming to 1131 Parkside Main St., Cary,, bringing its combination of full-service dining, wine tastings and retail to West Cary. The upcoming restaurant was highlighted in a recent Instagram Reel from BlueJay Capital Group, which identified the project at Parkside Town Commons. Cooper’s Hawk’s official website currently lists the Cary location as opening November 9 and is recruiting employees for the new restaurant.
The Cary location will feature Cooper’s Hawk’s full-service restaurant and Napa-style tasting room. The company’s website describes its locations as offering in-restaurant dining, wine tastings and retail wine purchases, along with Wine Club membership and private events. The Cary location will also offer brunch and a weekday happy hour once open.
Cooper’s Hawk’s menu focuses on contemporary American dishes with international influences, with food designed to pair with the company’s wines. Across the brand, diners can find appetizers, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, pasta, seafood, steaks and other entrées. The restaurant also offers a dedicated wine and beverage program built around its winery operation.
Wine is a central part of the Cooper’s Hawk experience. Guests can participate in guided tastings in the tasting room, purchase bottles to take home and join the company’s Wine Club. According to Cooper’s Hawk, Wine Club members receive a hand-curated wine each month along with dining rewards, discounts and other membership benefits.
The company is already building its Cary team ahead of the opening. Current job listings include servers, hosts, line cooks, prep cooks, bussers and food runners, dishwashers, porters and tasting-room attendants, as well as an assistant general manager. The positions are all listed at the new 1131 Parkside Main St. address.
Cary is part of Cooper’s Hawk’s broader North Carolina expansion. The company also lists a forthcoming location at 701 Friendly Center Rd. in Greensboro, giving the brand multiple new locations in the state.
With its November 9 opening date listed by Cooper’s Hawk, the new restaurant will add another full-service dining and wine destination to the growing West Cary area.
