Jones Road Beauty is coming to Charlotte’s SouthPark area with a new boutique at 6800 Phillips Pl Ct., Space 6800B, inside Phillips Place. The brand’s official store directory now lists the Charlotte location, while the Charlotte Business Journal reported that the boutique is coming soon to the shopping center.
The upcoming store has received a $322,900 Mecklenburg County permit for renovations to a 988-square-foot retail space at 6800 Phillips Place Court. Charlotte Business Journal reported that David. A Nice Builders Inc., based in Williamsburg, Virginia, is listed as the general contractor for the commercial alteration project.
The boutique will join the existing tenant lineup at Phillips Place, with the Charlotte Business Journal identifying J.Crew and Veronica Beard among the neighboring retailers. The open-air center is located in the SouthPark area and is anchored by a mix of fashion, beauty, dining and other upscale retail concepts.
Jones Road Beauty was founded by makeup artist Bobbi Brown in 2020, following her departure from the company associated with her name. According to their website, the brand describes itself as focused on simplified beauty products designed for a range of ages, skin types and skin tones.
The company’s product lineup includes makeup for the face, eyes and lips, with products such as Miracle Balm, The Face Pencil and What The Foundation among the brand’s featured offerings. Charlotte Business Journal identified Miracle Balm, The Face Pencil and What The Foundation as some of the brand’s notable products in its report on the Charlotte expansion.
Jones Road Beauty has continued expanding its physical retail presence beyond its online business. Its official store directory currently lists locations including Santa Monica, Atlanta, Palo Alto, Newport Beach and San Diego, in addition to the forthcoming Charlotte store.
Phillips Place is a 135,000-square-foot open-air shopping center, and Simon Property Group acquired the property for $144.8 million in November 2025.
At this time, Jones Road Beauty and Phillips Place have not publicly announced a specific grand-opening date in the sources reviewed. The brand’s official store directory confirms the Charlotte location, while the Charlotte Business Journal and WSOC-TV describe it as coming soon.
