According to Chicago Food Chat, alongside Ghost Donkey, Blue Sushi Sake Grill will open at the former Sullivan’s space at 415 N Dearborn Street.
A representative of Blue Sushi Sake Grill was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Chicago’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, behind Blue Sushi and Ghost Donkey is Flagship Restaurant Group.
Flagship’s company website describes Blue Sushi Sake Grill as “Uniting creative, bold, and sustainably sourced ingredients with positive vibes and happy moments for a fresh take on the sushi experience.”
