According to a recent job posting, Crosby’s Kitchen will expand with another location in Niles at 6480 W Touhy Avenue.

A representative of Crosby’s Kitchen was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, their current location resides at North Southport Avenue.

“A part of 4 Star Restaurant Group, Crosby’s Kitchen is a family-friendly favorite located at the heart of Chicago’s bustling Southport Corridor. Our Midwestern-influenced menu is centered around rotisserie and comfort food, featuring favorites such as Lobster Deviled Eggs, Crab Toast, Iron Skillet Cornbread, and of course, Monkey Bread. We are open for lunch and dinner daily and offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings.”

When it comes to 4 Star Restaurant Group, the company website states, “4 Owners. 4 Stars. Founded in 2003 by Doug Dunlay, Michael Dunlay, Derek Rettell, and Josh Rutherford, who bring a combined 110 years of experience to the restaurant industry.”

“This Chicago-based restaurant group has one goal in mind: create friendly neighborhood gathering spots that serve as cornerstones of the communities in which they reside. Infusing a modern take on classic American dishes, 4 Star continues to be an integral part of Chicago and the food scene alike.”
