Fondita Miguel Aims to Debut in Winnetka Soon

According to an article from WTTW, Fondita Miguel aims to debut in Winnetka at 544 Lincoln Avenue.

“Chef Michael Lachowicz, Chef Miguel Escobar, and Sergio Angel of the George Trois Group and Aboyer Brasserie will open Fondita Miguel Mexican Restaurant this holiday season,” a press release sent to What Now Chicago stated.

“The new grab and go, fast-casual dine-in Mexcian restaurant will be open Tuesday- Saturday 11 AM-7 PM and Sunday 11 AM-3 PM. Fondita Miguel is named after Chef Miguel Escobar.”

“Fondita Miguel will feature a delicious menu of tacos, tortas, burritos, classic Mexican sides, desserts, daily specials, and prepared frozen meals. Using top ingredients and family recipes, these traditional dishes have a modern twist that will keep the whole neighborhood wanting more!

“With accessible pricing for dine-in, carry-out, delivery, catering, and private events- Fondita Miguel will become your new go-to Mexican Restaurant on the North Shore!”
