A local café is relocating, rebranding and expanding its offerings.

Mimi’s on Lincoln will soon be located at 3801 N Lincoln Avenue. This is the next chapter for Lincoln Cafe and Market, which has been serving coffee, tea and healthy eats at 3720 N Lincoln Avenue for two years.

The concept comes from Mary Tobias, a local chef and the founder of Glow Superfood, a line of plant-based ice cream pops in flavors like Vanilla Chai Latte, Hazelnut Chip, Pistachio Wheatgrass and more.

The menu at Lincoln Cafe and Market features coffee beverages, baked goods and savory bites like bagel sandwiches and deli sandwiches, with plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. The shop also features products from Glow Superfood and other local food brands, like Carolyn’s Krisps, Pickled Prince and Tubby’s Taste.

Lincoln Cafe and Market’s last day at the original space will be March 30, 2025.

“This isn’t just a move – it’s a level up. A local gem that’s about to shine even brighter,” the company said in an Instagram post about the move.
