The hospitality company with a major Chicago presence is introducing a large new concept next year.
A new Mediterranean restaurant will be going in at 300 N LaSalle Street, right below Chicago Cut Steakhouse. This is to be accompanied by a private lounge and coffee shop. According to Luke Stoioff, co-owner of DineAmic Hospitality which is organizing the project, this will be opening next spring.
Not much is known about the restaurant, other than it will serve Mediterranean cuisine. Stoioff said this project includes renovations and improvements to the property. Right now, it is early in the process.
“It’s a massive upgrade and undertaking,” Stoioff told What Now Chicago.
DineAmic Hospitality owns names such as Prime & Provisions, Barrio and Siena Tavern. It is owned by Stoioff and David Rekhson, who manage around 20 restaurants through the company. What Now Chicago previously reported on DineAmic opening Floretta, the Italian steakhouse at 318 N Sangamon Street in Fulton Market District.
Chicago Cut Steakhouse has been at 300 N LaSalle Street since 2010, located on the east side of the building by the river. Aside from the steakhouse, there are also businesses housed inside. The Mediterranean restaurant from DineAmic will be the newest addition for the building.
