A traveling coffee trailer is parking in the town south of Rockford.

Staff of Glow Coffee Studio recently announced their first brick-and-mortar is opening in the Valley Plaza at Stillman Valley, 102-116 Wilson Street. The coffee trailer has been moving around Ogle County since late last year. According to a recent post, they are opening the new location this April.

“Since opening our mobile coffee trailer in December, the love and support from this community has meant so much to us. Every cup and conversation has reminded us why we started this journey,” said the recent post.

The coffee trailer serves up hot and iced options including iced strawberry matcha lattes, ice churro latte and even a cookie batter latte. Biscuits and gravy have also been sold at the trailer, along with pastries like cookies and muffins. The revised menu for the new location has not been announced.

Recently, the coffee truck was set up at the Valley Plaza, close to where they will be opening. Also in this plaza is Dough Peep bakery and The Yard at Black Diamond Banquet Hall. The coffee shop may be replacing Opal’s Coffee Space at 106 Wilson Street, but this has not been confirmed by the team.

The owner is listed as Kimberly Gutierrez. When What Now Chicago reached out to Gutierrez, she was not available for comment.
