Nepal House is opening its third location in Chicago which will combine fine dining with a sit-down casual concept.
Nepal House’s owner Bala Ghimire told What Now Chicago that an opening date hasn’t been set yet because the restaurant is still in its initial planning stage, but he confirmed that it will be located at 158 W Division St.
Nepal House currently has two locations, including a South Michigan Ave. spot and another at Devon Ave. Ghimire said he chose to open the third location at Division St. to because that area has a demand for Nepalese cuisine.
Ghimire said that the new location will have almost the same layout and interior design as the two other locations, but it will serve Nepalese food options only. The other two locations feature Indian-Nepalese cuisine.
Customers can expect purely Nepalese cuisine at the new location with Nepalese dishes ranging from Chicken Momo to Janeko Dal, among other options, according to Ghimire, who said that he is working on adding new Nepalese dishes to the menu.
