Located just under two miles from O’Hare, Cima features warm wood and leather interiors, balanced by marbles and greenery with a 50-seat patio meant for outdoor dining. “A truly memorable dining experience is all about balance between flavor, seasonality, and setting,” said Rohit Nambiar, Director of Food & Beverage.

“At Cima, we’ve built a menu where vibrant Mediterranean-inspired dishes are thoughtfully paired with a curated beverage program to create something special for every guest. Whether you’re a traveler looking for an unexpected gem near the airport or a local seeking a bold new favorite, Cima is a destination designed to surprise and satisfy,” he added.
