A popular neighborhood for shopping continues to see new restaurant concepts.
Recently, a liquor license application was submitted under the name Arla for 15 E Oak Street, Floor 6. The team behind the concept are the managing partners for Adalina Prime, which opened in September last year. Partner Phil Siudak told What Now Chicago the opening date will be finalized soon.
Adalina Prime has become a popular steakhouse in West Loop, guided by Michelin star chef Soo Ahn and Nemanja Milunovic. Along with staples like their steak frites, roasted chicken and prime burger, the restaurant also offers upscale seafood, soups and salads. The team at Adalina have not yet released a menu for the new location.
The new concept will be near the corner of E Oak and N Rush streets, a popular shopping area near Gold Coast. Based on the floor, it looks to be going in at the rooftop of the building, with businesses at the ground level including Balenciaga and Cartier. Restaurants nearby include Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House, Tavern On Rush and Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse.
What Now Chicago has reached out to the team at Adalina for more information about Arla, and this article may be updated.
