QXY Dumplings in Chinatown will soon be opening a new location in Wicker Park and this will be their second location.

The owner of QXY Dumplings listed as Jiefeng Man recently purchased the property at 2018 W Division St. This will be in between the Valhalla fine dining restaurant and Cafe Istanbul. Their current location is in Chinatown at 2002 S Wentworth Ave.

In an article from Block Club Chicago, the business is integrating wines, and this would be one of the first restaurants to pair wines with dumplings. Some notable items on the current menu include a variety of dumpling dishes, of course, like lamb and coriander, kurobuta pork and cabbage, and wagyu beef and onion. They also serve side salads like potato salad.

The business has been based in the Chicago area since 2014. QXY also recently opened JIAO at 18 S Wabash Ave. This is another sit-down location to get dumplings and other Chinese cuisine.

There is no announced date of opening, but it was reported the employees are aiming for September or October of this year.
