A new concept that has gone relatively under the radar is set to open in The Loop.
A liquor license application was recently submitted for 151 W Adams Street under the name “Henrietta.” This is set to be a restaurant delivering Mediterranean flavors. Owner Helah Kehati told What Now Chicago she is hoping to open by late December.
Kehati is the founder of JPO HQ, a food and hospitality company based in New York City. The company delivers services for hotels, private jets and other venues. Food and beverage operations and outsourced hospitality, which entails preparing fresh and packaged meals, are a couple of the services provided by JPO.
“Tuscan roots, European soul,” says the description on the website for Henrietta. The restaurant’s menu has not yet been released.
The restaurant will be on the second floor of the building attached to JW Marriott Chicago. This is in The Loop near the Quincy CTA station. The exact location of the restaurant on the second floor hasn’t been announced.
Right now, Kehati is waiting on approval of the liquor license so she and staff can open. Construction is ongoing inside, and Kehati is getting excited to debut her restaurant for the city.
