Time Out Market Chicago, the food and cultural market announced the arrival of Stefani’s Bottega Italiana. From Stefani Restaurant Group, Stefani’s Bottega Italiana features a selection of Roman-style pizzas, (schiacciata) sandwiches, and signature homemade pastas that have been a favorite of Chicago for 45 years. The restaurant group joined a roster of local chefs and restaurants at Time Out Market Chicago on February 17, 2025.

Stefani Restaurant Group has been delivering handmade (and homemade) pastas from scratch at its restaurants since 1980 with a passion for serving authentic Italian food. Stefani’s Bottega Italiana is celebrating the first anniversary of its original location in Gladstone Park this year, just in time for its expansion into Time Out Market Chicago. A selection of items guests can expect at Time Out Market Chicago include:
- Soppressata Pizza – tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, spicy soppressata
- The Bottega Sandwich – Prosciutto di Parma, Spicy Soppressata, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Italian Vinaigrette, Spicy Mayo, Giardiniera
- Mezzaluna Cipriani – half-moon pasta stuffed with Ricotta, Parmigiana, and Pecorino, with Stefani’s signature vodka sauce
Stefani’s Bottega Italiana provides authentic offerings. With freshly made pasta and bread, and essential Italian ingredients, Stefani’s Bottega Italiana provides an elevated fast-casual Italian dining experience that will now be conveniently available in Chicago’s Fulton Market.
Time Out Market Chicago is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
