Rosebud Steakhouse is coming to St. Charles next year.

An ad was recently put on Craigslist for front of house staff at Creative Hospitality Concepts, mentioning a new restaurant coming to St. Charles. According to President and COO Angelo Eliades, this will be a Rosebud Steakhouse location. It is about 8-10 months out from opening.

The hospitality group already has a major presence in Chicago with Rosebud Steakhouse being downtown, in Wheeling and in Munster, Indiana. There is also a location in Dallas. This will offer the same rare steakhouse experience.

“It’s a contemporary twist on the signature Chicago-style steakhouse,” Eliades told What Now Chicago.

The steakhouse will be part of the new Fox Haven Square development that is under construction near E Main Street and N Kirk Road. This is a seven-acre development to be an outdoor plaza with five-six restaurants and a plaza in the middle. It will have four total buildings and shared parking.

Along with the menu different types of strips, the menu offers lamb chop, chopped sirloin, chicken and fish. The downtown location also offers a bar menu with a steakhouse cheeseburger, meatball sliders, bruschetta and other small bites. The menu of the St. Charles steakhouse is expected to be very similar.

The company has been planning expansion for a few years. What Now Chicago previously covered the steakhouse opening in Munster’s Centennial Village and then in Wheeling. The company has expressed interest in markets like Florida, Nashville, Texas and Arizona.
