According to an article from QSR Magazine, Scooter’s Coffee will expand to East Moline with a new franchise deal agreement signed in September.

A representative of East Moline’s Scooter’s Coffee was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date and address have yet to be confirmed, according to the article, the three franchisees behind the location are Jeremy Music, Kris Pickens, and Donald Peterson.

“The new signings are the latest boost to the Scooter’s Coffee‘s network of more than 800 stores in 30 states as the brand strives to become the #1 drive-thru specialty coffee franchise system in the nation.”

Scooter’s Coffee’s website states, “In 1998, Scooter’s Coffee was born. Co-founders Don and Linda Eckles began an amazing journey when they opened their first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska.”

“Their keys to success: find a great location and stay committed to high-quality drinks, speed of service, and a BIG smile. Scooter’s Coffee is fortunate to have over two decades of success due to its commitment to the original business principles and company core values.”
