Crab King will open a new location in Illinois that will soon bring its well-known Cajun-style seafood to residents of Downers Grove.
The new fast-casual seafood restaurant is Crab King’s fourth location and it will be located at 1550 75th St. Downers Grove in Illinois.
Wei Zhang, the restaurant’s president, told What Now Chicago that the new location is currently in its leasing phase. Zhang couldn’t confirm an opening date but hopes the restaurant would be open by next year.
Crab King currently has three locations, including two in Illinois and one in Washington state. The restaurant wants to continue achieving brand growth and seeking franchise partners “who are passionate about bringing world-famous Cajun to new markets,” according to its website.
