Vin 90 is set to debut this year at The Arboretum Club in Buffalo Grove, according to a Craigslist advertisement. The restaurant will open at 401 West Half Day Road; the team is currently hiring for positions from Kitchen Head and Assistant Chef to Dishwashers and Food Runners.

The Arboretum Club first opened in 1990. Designed by Dick Nugent, the club features an 18-hole course with 6,500 yards of golf. According to the club’s website, the spring season will welcome “four season dining and [a] virtual golf facility.” A video notes the full-service bar and dining facility will open this spring.

Although few details are available regarding Vin 90, it appears Yoon Jae Kim of Evanston’s Kansaku Sushi is leading the new restaurant. We reached out to Kim and are awaiting comment on the restaurant’s food and beverage programs.
