Wasabi Restaurant & Bar, the Downers Grove sushi specialists with occasional live music, is opening a new location in Clarendon Hills, located at 31 South Prospect Ave.
The company’s second location will move to the south side of the shopping district at the corner of Prospect and Park Avenues. Co-owner Bin Yu tells What What Now Chicago he hopes to open the restaurant before the end of the year, likely around the end of December. When the restaurant opens, customers can expect the freshest sushi-grade fish from the best sushi chefs. The company takes pride in its charming boutique in downtown Downers Grove at 5132 W Main St.
While there are plenty of restaurants in the area, Wasabi Restaurant & Bar will be the only sushi option in the area and central Clarendon Hills. On top of various sushi choices, the restaurant also has vegan and gluten-free options. Some popular dishes from the menu include crab rangoons, California rolls, volcano rolls, yum yum rolls, and more. Customers can also find lunch and dinner specials, ramen, soup, dessert, and more.
