7 Brew is becoming a known name in Northeast Illinois.

It was reported by Tri-Cities Central that the 7 Brew franchise Who Brew is planning a new location on the west side of St. Charles. An exact address has not been released, but from presentations to the city it will be at the northwest corner of State Route 38 and Wright Boulevard. If approved, the franchise is planning on opening the shop in late August.

The franchise company Who Brew operates shops in Chicago, Nashville and Pittsburgh, and continues to expand their reach in the Chicago area with this new location. The company has previously opened shops in Lake Zurich, Tinley Park with plans for Bloomingdale, Crystal Lake and Grayslake. There are now over 20 Illinois locations listed online.

“We’re redefining the drive-thru experience with a purpose-driven culture and deliciously imaginative drinks like you’ve never tasted before,” says the description on Who Brew’s website.

Fans of 7 Brew know what to expect with the menu, which includes hot and cold brew coffees, energy drinks, fizz drinks which have sparkling water infused in flavors and topped with cream, teas, lemonades and shakes. New drinks have been crafted recently like the cereal milk matcha latte with skim milk.

Who Brew’s new location will be near the intersection of S Randall Road and close to a Jewel-Osco grocery store. This is also across the street from a Dunkin’, Planet Fitness and Playa | Bar & Music Lounge. It is about equidistant to both downtown St. Charles and downtown Geneva.

As the project has not yet been approved, Who Brew will need permitting to move forward, and then construction will commence. What Now Chicago has reached out to representatives of Who Brew for further comment.
