The popular grill restaurant is setting up shop in the village next year.
It was recently reported by Chicago Tribune that Weber Grill Restaurant is opening a new spot in Orland Park next year. This will be a 8,500-square-foot full-service restaurant built by the local company Edwards Realty Co. It will have outdoor seating, along with a hands-on cooking school for guests.
There is no set address yet, but it will be constructed at the Southwest corner of La Grange Road and 142nd Street. The restaurant also has locations in Chicago, Lombard, Indianapolis and Schaumburg. The menus vary by location.
CEO Jon Crost told What Now Chicago there isn’t a timeline for opening yet, but construction is starting “very soon.” This is near the UChicago Medicine Orland Park campus. Chicago Tribune reported it will open next spring.
The Chicago location at 539 N State Street. There, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, has catering as well as a kids menu. For dinner, many dishes are served including grilled pan pizzas, soups and salads, burgers, steaks, entrees, desserts and cocktails.
The restaurant will also be near Fox’s Pizza & Irish Pub Orland Park, along with the with El Mezcal Mexican Restaurant. This is a commercial area of the city.
