Bristol Republic, the southern-inspired bar known for live music, barbecue and an extensive whiskey selection, is leaving the Short North and relocating to Dublin’s Bridge Park.

The new location, planned for 4495 Bridge Park Ave., will occupy a 6,500-square-foot multilevel space with expanded seating, improved parking access and room for an upgraded menu. The Bridge Park venue will continue to feature the concept’s signature smoked brisket, ribs and bourbon-forward drink offerings, while also adding new menu items and an enhanced cocktail program.

The move allows Bristol Republic to shift into a larger entertainment district that continues to grow with new restaurants, housing and nightlife options. The Short North location will remain open until the transition is complete.

An opening timeline has not yet been announced. What Now Columbus will follow updates as Bristol Republic prepares for its debut in Dublin.
