Ice cream lovers in the Short North will soon have a new spot to satisfy their sweet tooth. Coldstone Creamery is set to open at 983 N. High St., adding its signature mix-ins and made-to-order treats to one of Columbus’ busiest neighborhoods.
The new location is being opened by franchise owner Sriram Pendurthi, who brings experience in restaurant and retail operations to the table. The shop will offer Coldstone’s classic ice cream creations, including customizable combinations mixed on the brand’s iconic frozen granite slab. Guests can expect a variety of flavors, cones, cakes and specialty items.
Construction is nearing completion, and the shop is targeting a late summer opening. Once open, it will join a growing lineup of national and local businesses in the Short North arts district.
Whether it’s a quick cone or a celebration cake, Coldstone’s newest scoop shop aims to be a go-to treat stop for locals and visitors alike.
