According to a recently filed permit, Half Baked Brew has applied for a change of use permit to make alterations to an existing structure located at 847 E Hudson. Per language in the permit filing, the work and change of use will be to change the building’s tenant from a car wash into a brewery and tap room.
No further information, such as the square footage of the space or guest capacity is included in the filing. What Now Columbus reached out to the brewery’s ownership to learn if the business plans to relocate from its current location at 765 N High St, or if the Hudson location will be a second tap room for the brewery, however, a request for comment was not returned.
As detailed on its website, Half Baked Brew makes non-GMO craft beer made from organic or imported grains as well as organic ingredients.
