According to recent reporting, Columbus pizzeria JT’s Pizza & Pub is making plans to open a second location next year at 836 Bowman Way at Southern Station in Grandview Heights. What Now Columbus spoke with Joe Hartnett, owner of JT’s Pizza & Pub, who shared that the new location will be “much bigger than the existing space” and with a kitchen that is being built to suit the eatery’s needs, he anticipates the new location being able to handle a lot of volume.
“We’re very excited to head into Grandview. We’ve received so much positive feedback from the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses,” Hartnett said.
With the interior space coming in at over 4,000 square feet, the decor will still maintain the neighborhood pub feel guests have come to know at the eatery’s original location at 2390 W Dublin Granville Rd., but the second location will have a few features, such as large windows, that will make it feel a bit more modern.
In terms of food, the Grandview location will keep menu staples like pizza and wings, and since the Grandview location will be open for lunch every day, there will be quick options available like soups, salads and wraps.
Currently, the team at JT’s Pizza & Pub is shooting for an early summer opening, but that timeline is subject to change depending on a number of factors.
