According to recent reporting, a vegan eatery located at 1437 N High St has made plans to reopen under a new name after closing last March due to staffing and inflation-related issues, as well as a lawsuit. The vegan burger eatery formerly known as Eden Burger had a copyright lawsuit filed against it for using Eden in its name and will reopen under a simplified moniker, and is now known as Burger.

As detailed on the restaurant’s Facebook page, the eatery doesn’t have a timeline for opening just yet, but it’s currently working on rehiring staff in order to open. What Now Columbus reached out to the eatery to find out if there are plans to offer the same menu items when it reopens and owner Sebastian Kovach confirmed that Burger will serve the items offered under their previous brand. According to posts and photos on the restaurant’s Facebook page, the eatery’s menu features vegan burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, along with fries and shakes.
