Einstein Bros. Bagels plans to open inside the Texas A&M University System’s Law & Education Building. According to public filings, the chain could open at 300 E. 15th St., with construction to wrap by late August. No official opening date has been announced.

Einstein Bros. Bagels features more than 20 freshly baked bagel flavors, from classics like Everything, Sesame, and Cinnamon Raisin to gourmet options like Asiago Cheese and Jalapeño Cheddar.

What Now Dallas reached out to Dr. Alvin Brown, President of Gideon Toal Management Services — a hospitality and concessions operator whose portfolio includes Einstein Bros. Bagels, QDOBA, Firehouse Subs, and Fatburger — who is listed as the tenant in public filings, but did not receive a response prior to publication.

The Law & Education Building is the first completed structure at Texas A&M-Fort Worth, a new urban campus anchoring the university system’s push into downtown Fort Worth, according to Texas A&M Fort Worth. The Fort Worth campus is intended to serve as the academic anchor of a broader four-block innovation district in southeast downtown, with additional research and office buildings planned for the surrounding area.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is the largest fast-casual bagel brand in the United States, owned by Panera Brands since 2021, with over 700 locations across 40 states.
