A Dallas-born burger concept known for its fresh Angus smash burgers, Blue Bell ice cream milkshakes, and vegan options plans to expand to Arlington. According to public filings, Sky Rocket Burger plans to open at 604 W. Randol Mill Road, within the Town North Shopping Center.
What Now Dallas reached out to President and CEO Amin Talebi, who confirmed that construction at the Arlington location is targeted for completion in late November 2026, with an opening planned for early spring 2027.
Sky Rocket Burger is known for its in-house ground beef and USDA Prime ingredients. All beef is ground in-house every morning, never frozen, and sourced exclusively from USDA Prime cuts.
“You’re always going to get a quality taste,” Talebi told What Now Dallas. “We take pride in our operations and delivering the same fresh product every single time. We’re definitely not fast food.”
The restaurant was founded in 2017 and has grown to five locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with existing spots in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and Lewisville.
The brand has built its following around a simple but uncompromising commitment to quality. The Arlington location also puts Sky Rocket in close proximity to the city’s two iconic sports venues: AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.
“We support the Cowboys and the Rangers, those are our teams, being from Dallas. Being so close to the stadium, we look to support their fan base as well,” Talebi told What Now Dallas.
Looking ahead, the company is also exploring opportunities to expand into other major Texas markets, including Austin and Houston.
