According to public filings, WaBa Grill plans to open a new location at 2930 Rio Grande Blvd., Suite 100, in Euless. WaBa Grill is known for its fire-grilled, never-frozen proteins; including chicken, ribeye steak, wild-caught salmon, and organic tofu, served in rice bowls, tacos, salads, and dumplings, all built around the brand’s motto, “Eat Smart, Be Healthy.”
What Now Dallas reached out to franchisee Hilario Raygoza to inquire about the opening timeline but did not receive a response before publication. Permitting records list a construction completion date of November 2026. However, dates listed in public filings are not always definitive.
The Euless location continues Raygoza’s rollout of WaBa Grill across North Texas. What Now Dallas first reported on the brand’s entry into the DFW market when Raygoza announced plans for 10 franchise locations across four North Texas counties over six years.
He went on to open the brand’s first Texas restaurant on Fort Worth Avenue in Dallas, which What Now Dallas covered ahead of its early 2024 debut. At the time, Raygoza, who also operates multiple WaBa Grill locations in Southern California, said he was “excited to bring a healthy food option to Dallas.”
The chain was founded in California in 2006 by Kyle Lee, Brian Ham, and Eric Lee and has grown to more than 200 locations across California, Arizona, and Nevada.
