A $63 Million Redevelopment Loan Approved by Denver DDA

The city supports the High Fidelity project to increase housing, foot traffic, hotel rooms, and more. The project is expected to achieve an occupancy of 93% and create a 24/7 destination. The revenue generated will help repay the loan with interest, which can be used for reinvestment.

The latter plan aims to increase the security in downtown Denver. The Downtown Safety Action Plan includes more police presence, outreach services, and other resources. Once completed, the projects will revitalize the neighborhood and increase its residential density.
