The latest In-N-Out restaurant to grace Colorado with its presence will be located in Brighton, reports from the Denver Post say. There are plans in the works to build a site at 2088 Prairie Center Pkwy.

The California-based chain’s submitted site plan is listed as “Under Review” on the city’s website. There are not many other details available at this time, and the business did not respond to What Now Denver for comment.

Located near Barr Lake, just off Interstate 76 in the Prairie Center shopping center, the restaurant will join several new builds in the area. The city of Brighton has doubled in population over the course of the last two decades.

This new In-N-Out will be added to the list of Northern Colorado locations. The brand has focused on growth in the region lately, building a Loveland branch and announcing a Timnath space as well.
