The incoming Crisp & Green will open at 3581 E Harmony Rd Fort Collins, CO 80528 later this year, according to a press release obtained by What Now Denver.
Steele Smiley opened Crisp & Green in 2016 with the belief that “every community should have access to convenient, healthy choices and resources that make a positive impact on their lives.”
The Crisp & Green menu offers an array of chef-curated salads, grain bowls, and smoothies. For example, dishes like the Wild Wild Southwest Bowl (arugula, roasted chicken, roasted corn and poblano, and a zesty Southwestern dressing) and the Vegan Seoul Bowl (brown rice, spinach, tofu, roasted mushrooms, citrus glazed tofu, napa cabbage, and spicy bibimbap sauce) are just two delicious selections featured on the Crisp & Green menu.
In 2018, the company made the decision to begin franchising. By 2020, Smiley decided to spread his health-focused fair and food faith nationwide. In Addition to Colorado, Crisp & Green currently has locations in Minnesota, Florida, Texas, South Dakota, Nebraska, and North Dakota and will open locations in Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Utah, Illinois, Arkansas, and Iowa in the future. Crisp & Green is also focused on partnering with health and fitness studios & concepts in its stores’ surrounding areas to create a wellness movement.
