A popular Centennial shop specializing in goods from Norway has a Downtown Denver outpost coming. Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri will open at 918 16th St Mall, city permits show.

A building log permit filed in early October is listed as “review in progress”. JNS Architecture & Interior Design, which is listed as working on the project, signed a valuation statement confirming that the location will need $5,000 in electrical work and $1,750 in construction.

The space is a 1,610-square-foot property on the popular retail strip of downtown. It will have 20 indoor seats and eight outdoor, and the business expects to fulfill around 100 orders per day.

This location of Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri will be open from 9 AM to 3 PM on Sundays, and from 7 AM to 3 PM Tuesdays through Saturdays. The brand has sweet rolls, pastries, baked breads, and cakes.
