Things are in motion for a Castle Rock brewery that has been in the concept stage for a while. According to Colorado Beer Geek, Anthology Brew Company is “in the early stages of development”.
The business is on a “journey to opening our own Colorado craft brewery” which is a music-themed establishment. While the company did not specify if it has secured a location yet, its website refers to southern Castle Rock.
It appears the concept has been trying to take off since before COVID, with posts showing permit filings with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and documents filed with the Colorado Department of Revenue in 2019.
Anthology Brew Company page also states that the concept will offer “guests quality, full-flavored beer in a taproom full of classic and contemporary recorded and streaming music.” The place is to be decorated with records, tapes, books, and other media.
