After opening in Berkeley in the spring and following an announcement of a Cap Hill location coming, Call Your Mother has a third local storefront on the horizon. The Denver Post reported that the company has plans to open at 217 S. Holly St. as well.

The D.C.-based chain is leasing the space from The Robert L. Naiman Co., which previously rented it out to The Rotary restaurant. That concept shuttered in May. A 1,474-square-foot property, it is located next to a Park Burger and High Point Creamery concepts. It’s in a mostly residential area that will be excited to welcome a new eatery.

“We thought it’d complement the center well because it has ice cream and dinner but no breakfast,” Nikki Naiman, leasing director, told the publication.

Call Your Mother started on the East Coast and has expanded to several states. “The shop combines New York and Montreal bagel styles, incorporating honey in the dough,” the Denver Post wrote.
