Black Rock Coffee Bar is expanding its footprint in Colorado with a new location planned for Parker. The national boutique coffee chain has submitted documents showing its intent to build a drive-thru coffee shop southeast of Parker Road and Stroh Road.
A site plan shows the company wants to construct a 1,460-square-foot building on a 0.6-acre parcel within the Parker Pointe development. The property will include indoor and patio seating, 12 parking spaces (including one ADA-accessible spot), four bike parking spaces, a dual-lane ordering system, and a single pickup lane.
As of April 9, the site plan remains under review, with revisions requested. DoubleTree Ventures, LLC is listed as the property owner, civil engineering work is being handled by Atwell, LLC, and surveying services will be done by Barron Land.
Founded in 2008 in Portland, Black Rock Coffee Bar has grown rapidly across the western regions of the United States, now boasting 151 locations in states including Colorado, Arizona, Texas, California, and Oregon.
