Blue Sparrow Coffee, known for its popular RiNo and Platte Street locations, will open its third café in Capitol Hill later this month. The new shop is set to debut at 1576 Sherman Street soon, according to Westword.

“This has been a multi-year process and we’re close!” Jeffrey Knott, co-owner, told What Now Denver. “We are actively hiring through Indeed and there are links on our website and Linktree.”

The new store offers a more modern and open design compared to the brand’s two other outposts, with mid-century modern elements. It’s a dog-friendly property with ample seating both indoors and outdoors.

It will have the same menu though, including signature items such as the Flat White and Organic Japanese Matcha Latte. The shop will also serve a rotating selection of international coffee and cold brew options, and daily pastries from Hearth Bakery.
